Account

The minimum age to use tata bat's services is 21 years (21+). No person under 21 may open an account, place bets, or play games on this platform. If the date of birth provided during registration is found to be incorrect, the account may be closed at any time and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to be operating more than one account, all associated accounts will be closed and all funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

It is mandatory to provide complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Name, date of birth, mobile number, and other personal details must not be false or incomplete. tata bat may request relevant documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide these documents in a timely manner may result in the account's transactions being suspended.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

tata bat is operated for users in Bangladesh. Access from certain areas or regions may be restricted. Any attempt by a user to bypass geographic restrictions using a VPN or other technology will be considered a violation of these Terms.

Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing this information with or allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you notice any suspicious login or transaction, contact the support team immediately.

Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on the tata bat platform is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are not accepted through any method other than these three mobile banking services. Once each deposit transaction is completed, it will be added to your account balance.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. However, tata bat reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal if identity verification has not been completed or if any irregularity is suspected.

4.3 Identity Verification and Payment Match

The mobile number used for withdrawal must match the information registered on that account. Deposits or withdrawals using a mobile number or payment method registered in a third party's name are prohibited. In case of a breach of this rule, the relevant transaction may be cancelled.

4.4 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that the funds they are depositing come from a legitimate source. If there is any suspicion that funds derived from illegal activities are being used, tata bat is obliged to investigate the relevant account and, if necessary, cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

Promotional Benefits

tata bat provides bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. Each offer has its own conditions, and winnings obtained from a bonus cannot be withdrawn unless those conditions are met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, making the balance ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in wagering must be completed before withdrawal.

5.2 General Conditions for Other Bonuses

• Each bonus must be claimed and used within a specified time limit.
• While one offer is active, you may not be able to take advantage of another offer.
• Bets placed with bonus funds will be subject to the applicable rules.
• Requests to cancel a bonus after it has been claimed may not always be accepted.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or by unfair means may result in account cancellation.

5.3 Right to Modify Bonuses

Rules of Play

6.1 General Betting Conditions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Users must ensure they have checked all conditions and odds before placing a bet. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, tata bat reserves the right to determine the outcome of that bet.

6.2 Cancellation and Reinstatement

If an event is cancelled or an unexpected situation arises, tata bat may arrange to refund the bet amount. However, the final decision in each case will be made in accordance with tata bat's policies.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting allows bets to be placed on cricket, football, and other sports. Bets must be placed within the set time limit for each event. Live betting may be available in certain markets even after a match has started.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games

In casino and slot games, the outcome of each round is determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. These outcomes are completely random and do not depend on any previous result. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is available in that game's information section.

Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tata bat platform, and if any of them occur, the account may be closed and the balance forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or sharing account details.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.

Changes and Termination

tata bat reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be considered effective from the moment they are published on this page. If a user continues to use the platform after any changes, they will be considered to have agreed to the new terms.

11.2 Account Closure

Users may request to close their account at any time. tata bat may also temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for reasons such as breach of terms, suspected fraud, or other causes. Any valid outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned according to the applicable rules, but any pending bonuses or balances arising from terms violations will not be refunded.
